An adventurer who left the corporate office behind — from Alibaba to an MBA — driven by a conviction that education and travel can change how young people see the world.
With dual Master’s degrees, including an MBA from the University of Manchester, Joey brings over eight years of cross-industry experience spanning real estate, entertainment, and strategic partnerships — including a managerial role at Alibaba. Educated across five global regions and having traveled to over 50 countries and 80% of China, she has experienced firsthand how immersive learning reshapes perspectives and expands possibilities.
Joey combines strategic vision with cross-cultural fluency and operational execution. She connects resources across industries in China — transforming ideas into tangible, high-impact programmes. From concept design to on-the-ground delivery, she ensures every stage runs seamlessly, balancing academic depth, cultural authenticity, and operational precision.

A director, artist, and educator committed to shaping the next generation of global citizens — driven to make a lasting impact through culture, creativity, and education.
With dual U.S. bachelor’s degrees and an MBA from the University of Manchester, Andy Tan has spent over a decade living and working across the U.S., China, and the U.K. in education and creative leadership. As the owner of an elite private school in China, he brings operational expertise and a deep commitment to youth development across cultures, particularly through cultural exchange programs.
At Yuho, Andy leads the creation of immersive educational experiences that blend storytelling, visual thinking, and environmental awareness with space for self-reflection and cognitive exploration. His work not only facilitates youth travel to China but also helps students engage deeply, challenge assumptions, and develop the global awareness needed to thrive in a complex world.
