A vibrant district where renovated Shikumen alley houses blend East and West, offering nightlife in a historic setting.
Day 4

Explore NIO’s EV business model and ecosystem, including battery swap infrastructure, membership/community strategy, and its competitive position in China and abroad.
Discussion: How do Chinese EV firms scale and differentiate in a crowded market? Discuss NIO’s service model and international expansion, including its 50+ battery-swap stations in Norway, Germany, and beyond.
